Rosie’s Girls® is a STEAM, trades, and career exploration summer day camp for middle school girls* offered in communities across Vermont. At Rosie’s Girls, youth are introduced to skills and career fields that are nontraditional for their gender through hands-on learning in a supportive and empowering environment. This summer they’re offering camps in aviation, carpentry, and welding.
*Rosie’s Girls welcomes anyone who identifies as a girl regardless of assignment at birth. Also welcome are youth who are non-binary or gender expansive who are comfortable in a girl-centered space.
