This week on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, I will be in Math classes helping students register for 9th grade. Students will see recommendations made by current teachers and will be able to have some choice regarding World Language and Electives. We walk them through the process in Power School so they complete it correctly. Students will have a course sheet that they can bring home where they have circled their choices. Please ask them for this! If your child is absent, I will find them before the deadline and get them registered.
Please remember that as a freshman there are many required courses, so the opportunity for choice is limited. Once this process is completed, I will print copies of their requests to be available to you during parent conferences. You can also view them online in PowerSchool.
